Our Fulfillment Policy

At CompuDat, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services. Below are the details of our fulfillment policies, including our refund, delivery, return, and cancellation policies.

1. Refund Policy

We strive to meet the needs of our customers and ensure satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for software products, excluding MemberTrack software, that have significant defects or issues that cannot be resolved within 90 days of purchase.

  • Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ccompudatsystems.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • Exclusions: Custom solutions or services, including MemberTrack software, are non-refundable once the development has begun, unless otherwise stated in the MemberTrack service agreement.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

 

2. Delivery Policy

CompuDat delivers software products and services digitally and on-site. Once your software has been completed, you will receive:

  • Software Access: Access to the purchased software via a secure download link, through a cloud-based platform, or installed on-site by CompuDat personnel.

  • Timeline: Customized MemberTrack software will become available based on the timeline agreed upon at the time of contract. You will receive an email confirmation with access details once your software is complete and ready for testing.

 

3. Return Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following cancellation options:

  • Product Issues (excluding MemberTrack software): If the software does not function as described or has significant issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss possible solutions, including updates, fixes, or a refund as outlined in our refund policy.

  • Custom Services, including MemberTrack software: Returns are not available for custom software solutions once delivered and accepted by the customer.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following cancellation options:

  • Monthly Maintenance Agreements: You may cancel your monthly maintenance to any of our services by giving CompuDat 90-day notice and by contacting our support team at support@compudatsystems.com.

  • Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations will take effect on the 91st day after notification of cancellation, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period are not provided.

  • Custom Projects, including MemberTrack software: Cancellations for custom development projects are subject to the terms outlined in the MemberTrack service agreement. If a project is canceled before completion, charges for work completed up to that point will apply.
